Experience Bank added
4 new desert areas
New quest dungeon (Blue Dragon)
Moved "sick child" quest NPC to Daegard Docks
Mordenkainen's Sword now summons an epic helmed horror if casterlevel > 30.
Increased level of the summoned shield guardian, half-celestial warrior, half-fiend warrior, and summoned white slaad.

0202d - City guards now sheath their weapons when not attacking.
