Version 1_9 changes:

Fixed the leather armors in the Elemental Plane of Water.
Changed the scoreboard script to recognize levels above 20.

there are some in fire and earth too...and from what i hear air has messed up armor....and i think it is leather armor every time...hmmm

and i may try to re-do some colors and such for the armors
