Captains Log Stardate 26th July 2005
Ok so I wanted to indulge and have a wee little rant about Star Trek.....
Now I don't know if anyone here watches it or likes it so please don't take offence....
My roomie's recently got me into Enterprise and while Captain Archer pisses me off a bit with his "I have to go alone into numerous dangerous, life-threating situations because I'm such a hero" routine it was NOTHING compared to what I saw today.
Today, my fellow Trog-worlders, I saw an episode of Next Generation and what can I say? After all the hype about how Captain Picard is like THE best Star Trek captain EVER but what the hell? Do these people have no taste? NG SUCKED! 99% of the cast couldn't act their way out of a brown paper bag.....
What I don't get is how NG is apparently a better series than Enterprise? At least Captain Archer can act and Tucker does have a nice ass..... And how can people not say Phlox is cool?
Does anyone at all know how this is supposed to go?
Captains Starlog Supplementary: The crappier the series the more people love it? I am SERIOUSLY confused! *scratches head*
PS> Please forgive my uber geekiness *cheesy grin*

The first series was the only one worth watching. All the others are just someone's lack of imagination in coming up with their own new show.

I've noticed that with Enterprise.... There's only so many times one can watch Archer and his band of merry men go up against the Andorians or the Klingons.....

well they arn't the best movies ever made, i havn't seen every single 1 but the Captain Kirk movie where they travel bak to now and have to capture a whale was pretty poor, the more recent one's are good
what we need is an enterprise movie, that would rule!

Bah!! Non-original BS! You'll only say it's good because you're too young to have enjoyed the original stuff when it was cool.
