What kind of download speed do you get?

I started this thread because knowone ever beleaves me when I tell them I get over 1Meg. It's not always like that, except at good sites that support alot of bandwidth. Ive seen 2.2 meg if I go there on off peak hours. So check out the pic. B)

When I have bittorrent running I have seen upwards of what my ISP promisses 5MB/s Normally I just see whatever any given site caps the download at :(

wow makes mine look even worse, i have broadband, which for sum reason we have to connect to when we turn the comp on O_o

it has got faster tho, i downloaded rakion at 60kbs!!! i got ROSE at 30kbs and gunbound at 10kbs!!

im stumped as to y its so slow and so are all my mates (includung the one's that know alot about comps)

Are you talking about Mega Bites here or Mega Bits Per Second??? Because what you have up there is MB which is Mega Bites. hehe :)

My bad thought I said Mb ya I get 5 megabits a second, not bytes :(

My God man who is your ISP? I don't know anybody that gets that kind of speed over the internet. Thats so cool. Are you on cable or DSL?

Road runner cable, like I said though ~5Mb/s is only seen in torrents.
