hope all you aussies out there had a bloody tops aussie day! mine was probably the best on record!
went to a house party only knowing a few people, but by the end of the night i was PLENTY drunk and everyone was socialising!

the aussie traditions for our most sacred of all holidays consist of having beers (or wine for the ladies) in the backyard with as many mates as you can while cookn some lamb on the barbie. cricket must be involved by either watching it on tv, playing it or both. pluggas (for youse yanks... flip flops:erm: ) are also manditory.

Well on the 4th o july we spend gobs of money buying things to blow up (at inflated prices) the idea is to give back for all the deals we get come christmas time (give back to the corporations). Now as stupid as it may sound stupid to be burning money in an explosive form but we likes our capitalism ;)
