How do you become a moderator of a specific forum? I'm not saying I'm dying to become one and would harass you until you made me one (which you know I wouldn't), but I'm just wondering. Does the administrator pick them out?

Yes, I pretty much just pick them out. Considering the massive traffic on my site I struggling to keep things clean. :P
