Seems like hes just bitching and moaning about 3 points
1. The nano gets scratchs
2. Apple sells you songs at $.99 that has some DRM on it
and
3. You can't remove the battery

My counter points
1. OH NOSE!!!! IT R BROKENZ!!!
I mean really EVERYTHING gets scratchs who really cares!?

2. First you don't have to buy music off itunes and two you can burn those evil files with DRM to a CD and then rip them back in mp3 format.

3. Only real point, ya you can't remove it but the upside is they can fit in a higher capacity battery that can be recharged.

Btw I own 2 ipods.

ive got a mini also :tup:
its abit small these days in terms of capacity, but im not willing to fork out a few hundred dollards to get the iPod "overkill", by which i mean the 30-60Gb ones
