Scythe Fighters have insane crits though, more insane than that of a Greataxe fighter.
true, but that's because the weapon creator was an idiot. I mean really...a scythe..in combat? you'd get cut down so fast as someone dodges in under as you swing that huge thing and get cut to pieces. it's totally unrealistic.

The Scythe in-game was supposedly built for war which is why they're exotic weapons. If the Scythe was a martial weapon, I'd agree, though.
Scythe is Less unwieldy than a Greataxe. A scythe was used to parry then strike at the neck A greataxe was just to swing as hard as you can leaving your entire body defenseless
